Well it seems that it wasn't all in your head. Researchers at the University of North Carolina have found that a hug from your significant other can reduce blood pressure and cut the risk of heart attacks. This is especially true for women. So the effect of human interaction is much stronger than anyone ever thought. So how you enhance those contacts to improve people's life experience?
