Chicago, IL - Herbst LaZar Bell Inc (HLB), the international product design consulting firm, announced recently that it has won two 2004 Medical Design Excellence Awards (MDEA), widely recognized as the “premier awards program for the medical device technology community.” The two MDEA's presented to HLB and their client/partners were for the following products:

• Nova Biomedical Medtronics Paradigm Link Glucose Meter

The Dove Face Care Mirror is an oval-shaped mirror strategically placed on a retail shelf near the new line of Dove Face Care products. Designed for Dove and distributed through select mass retailers, this device uses consumer's input to analyze skin type and recommend a personalized face care regime.
